At Hotel Ambiez Family & Wellness, you can choose between full board, 3/4 board or a residence package in an apartment with hotel services included.
Full board includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner, with the option of a packed lunch or vouchers for affiliated mountain huts.
If you prefer more freedom, you can choose half board with afternoon snack or stay in an apartment on a self-catering basis for meals.
All packages include hotel services, like parking, the “Il Mondo di Biz” (Biz’s World) Mini Club, entertainment, access to the family Turkish bath and water area and to the pool and spa for adults.

No, the town centre is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you can easily get to it on foot. The road is flat and suitable for strollers.

Verona Villafranca is 131 km away (about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car) and Bergamo is 212 km away (about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car).

If you’re coming from Verona, take the Brenner Motorway (A22) and exit at Trento Nord. Take the new ring road towards Mezzolombardo and, after the tunnel, follow the signs for the SP64 provincial road towards Fai della Paganella. From there, continue for about 17 km until you reach Andalo (a perfect road even for families with children who suffer from car sickness).
If you’re coming from Bolzano, take the A22 motorway and exit at San Michele all’Adige. Follow the Strada Statale 43 state road towards Mezzolombardo, cross the village and then take the SP64 provincial road towards Fai della Paganella. The final stretch is also about 17 km long.
+ How far is Andalo from Trento? Is the road accessible in winter?
Trento is a 40-minute drive away and the road is perfectly accessible in all seasons.
+ How do I get to Andalo by train?
If you’re travelling by train, you can purchase your ticket directly on the Trenitalia website and get off at the Trento Railway Station. Book the Shuttle Bus to the Paganella Plateau, which connects Trento to Andalo. The service is active every Sunday; for bookings and up-to-date information, please visit the Genziana Viaggi website. Alternatively, you can take a taxi.

Hotel Ambiez has a large outdoor space of 1,000 m2, with a well-equipped playground and a five-a-side football field.
+ Do you have an entertainment service?
Of course! The “Il Mondo di Biz” Mini Club is open every day, with 14 hours of entertainment for children aged 3 to 12. Children aged 2 and over can stay from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm with an adult present.
Our staff organises games, workshops and shows. We also organise daily outings and guided experiences for families, which must be booked by 5 pm the previous day. These outings are also suitable for children in strollers.
+ Do you organise outings or activities for families?
Yes, every day, both summer and winter. You don’t need to worry about anything; everything is organised by the Mini Club. Here’s an example: a trip to the Spormaggiore Wildlife Park with a visit to a bee-keeping farm, a tour of the little villas of Andalo, an excursion to the Tana dell’Ermellino, a trip to Dosson with a stop at a mountain hut to make strudel, an outing in Molveno for a walk along the Cyclamen Trail or an adventure at the Forest Park. There’s also a sleigh ride, a snowmobile ride or a ride along the Sciury Trail with lunch at a mountain hut.
+ What is the Family Coach?
The Family Coach is someone who supports families on holiday, helping them organise and enjoy personalised experiences, suited to your children’s natural pace, with suggestions and a quiet presence.
+ Are there services for newborn babies and for weaning?
We provide cots, safety rails, changing tables, toilet seat reducer, stool, baby baths, a courtesy light, a baby monitor and a bottle warmer.
We also offer baby-weaning services, such as organic creams, homemade broths and purées we make ourselves, small pasta and other foods suitable for babies. We also offer trekking strollers (for a fee), baby carrier backpacks (for a fee), changing tables in our public bathrooms and paediatrician assistance once a week.
+ Are bikes available for my family and I at the hotel?

+ What do you recommend packing for a holiday in Andalo?
For the summer, we recommend sportswear, comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing for the evenings and for high-altitude outings. A waterproof jacket and easy-to-change layered clothing are also essential, as the weather can change quickly in the mountains.
In winter, technical skiing gear, snow boots and thermal accessories are essential.
For the pool and spa, remember to bring a swimsuit, flip-flops and a swimming cap.
