“We prefer to surprise you at the table”! To some degree, this is our philosophy. We aren’t used to talking about the food and wine experience at the hotel, because we love seeing our guests marvel at dishes that don’t resemble those served in a hotel, including people suffering from food intolerances and allergies. However, we have decided to reveal something to you and give you a taste of Trentino in words…
An unforgettable breakfast
At home, you are the one who prepares breakfast for the children, giving them a sweet, fragrant awakening! Here, we do the same thing for you and your family: homemade cakes, hot pastries, mountain honey and jams to spread on fragrant bread, cold cuts and local cheeses, eggs cooked-to-order.
Feel pampered at the table
From the locally-grown and regional ingredients – to the recipes, our focus is all on the local territory! As well as Felicetti Organic pasta, we make fresh pasta; the apples and honey come from our family; we use South Tyrolean cheeses and Trentingrana; we age our Speck in a farmstead; we prefer local fruit and vegetables; we choose the best meats and fish from the lake; we bake cakes and desserts.
Bon appetite children!
One of the greatest successes in the kitchen is seeing children eat with enthusiasm. This is why we make dishes to please their little tummies! In addition, every day at 12:30 pm and three evenings a week, we have an event at the table with our entertainers! By the way, did you know that you can always count on our staff? For variations, special menus and even if you want to convince your children to clean their plates before they run outside to play!
Weaning: menus for babies
Going on holiday during weaning has to be a pleasure! This is why we open the restaurant early, at noon and at 7 pm, and we provide you with organic creamed foods, soup and purées made by us, small pasta, cheeses and fresh cream cheeses, steamed meat slices, ham free from gluten, milk derivatives and polyphosphates, HIPP organic baby foods. Our dining room staff will support you at all times for any needs you might have!
A special toast
Wood, stone, soft lighting… Our wine cellar is dedicated to lovers of good wine. To anyone who wants to enjoy a leisurely toast. To anyone who loves enhancing every dish with the right wine. 99% of our wines belong to the wine-growing tradition of Trentino-South Tyrol; the rest come from other Italian regions.

Half-board
The half board option includes breakfast, a rich afternoon tea with spring water and fruit juices, and dinner. Drinks are not included. You can decide each day whether to have lunch at the hotel, by letting us know by 10 am: with just€ 18 per person, you can order 1 dish of your choice from the à la carte menu, enjoy the different foods from the vegetable buffet and a dessert served at the table; drinks are not included. By booking and for a fee, children can have lunch with the entertainers.

This option includes breakfast; lunch with 1 dish of your choice from the à la carte menu, the different foods included in the vegetable buffet and a dessert served at the table; a rich afternoon tea with spring water and fruit juices; dinner. Drinks are not included. Children can eat with the entertainers. If you wish, we can provide a packed lunch or vouchers for affiliated lodges.
Residential hotel
The freedom of an apartment holiday, but with all the services of a hotel! The overnight stay option includes linens, cleaning every other day, afternoon tea and entertainment; you can take advantage of discounted prices for the swimming pool, Spa and restaurant services. The half board option also includes breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, use of the swimming pool and the Spa. If you want to stay for lunch too, with just € 18 per person, you can enjoy 1 dish of your choice from the à la carte menu, the different foods included in the vegetable buffet and a dessert served at the table; drinks are not included.
